I was told a new one has been issued should receive within days. Regrettably, the experience was less than satisfactory. The process of accessing the gift card proved to be cumbersome and, frankly, somewhat invasive with unnecessary data collection. A direct gift card from the venue would have been far preferable. Reconsidering future purchases with Gift.ly due to the confusing registration hoops my father had to navigate. |
